I can't start the game

please tell me, I haven't been able to start the game for several days. I click "start" and the "reconnect" icon starts spinning...Also, I noticed that private messages are not sent to people with whom I corresponded...

there was no such problem a week ago...all other sites are working fine...and here I can also write on the forum...I just can't start the game....It's not clear at all....

I just noticed, I answered on the forum, and the "online" icon is turned off!!! although I'm currently on the site...
