The Alien hive in "Alien 2". But for the emotional side, the death of private Vasquez was very sad, she was so brave

Indeed yes, I must admit I wanted her to make it too.
Aswell as finding her quite hot, I certainly didnt "mistake her for a Man. " :). lol

Hudson and Drake also died bravely but they were both surprised by the aliens who killed them from behind. (Hudson ends up carried away by an alien, Drake dies after receiving blood from an Alien in the head).

Vasquez is already injured and aware that she is going to die, and her only weapon is a grenade, and she sacrifices herself for the others.

so theoretically the alien didn't kill her.

quite heroic.

and then she has a character that contrasts with the other characters, for example Hicks is rather cold, Hudson is the one who annoys the others because he wants to go home, and there is the incompetent officer (whose name I forgot) but who is still a brave person who will die with Vasquez.

Vasquez understood that something was wrong in the hive and she just wanted to save her comrades and the mission.

Honestly, Cameron did an incredible job.

This is perhaps the only film in the saga where I was so interested in the characters and felt so much pain when they died.

In my opinion, the hive scene was a mix of reportage (the soldiers' cameras point of view, great idea!), horror film (the audience knows that there is the alien somewhere and that it's just a matter of time ) and all that is darkest in science fiction is there. neither nice nor bad guys. human soldiers who discover an unknown and terrifying animal and who struggle to survive.
The scene the Mountain kills the Viper in game of thrones

You're tempting me to watch it (and get in massive trouble as well)
Trainspotting, right at the end, when Mark exits the room with a bag full of money, while Begbie, Sick Boy and Spud are sleeping (the latter of which is actually awake; the last two are sleeping on the floor). Mark walks all over Sick Boy, but carefully moved around, not over, Spud, thereby showing his respect and consideration for the only decent guy out of the four of them.

The Godfather, right after Michael's bluff at the hospital to save his father works, helped by Enzo the baker. Enzo's hands are shaking vigorously because his life hanged by a thread just a moment before, while Michael's quietly looks at his own hands, which are totally still, realizing he can face life-threatening situations with cold blood.

No special effects, just great writing and screenplay.
