I use both. Move by click and move by drag and drop.
But I really like to disable the castling by click on king and click on rook. It happened several times that I had the king selected and had to reconsider to moving a rook. Baaam. Castle in the jaw of the enemy.
For me it should only be click king and click square for castling.
Clicking both pieces is not very intuitive as it is usually used to select another piece.
