Lichess should implement a system to avoid missclicks

I mean in some cases when there is a super obvious misclick Lichess should take it back immediately, at least in classical games.

I just played this game, when I lost my queen because I played Qd7 instead of Qd8 which was what I wanted to do
Yes, great idea, and easy to implement as well. All lichess has to do is send sensors to all users to transmit their thoughts to the site. When it detects that what you had in your brain was not what your hands did, it will correct it automatically.

Or, if you have it enabled you can ask for a takeback, some nice people will allow it if it was an obvious missclick.
I recommend changing lichess.org/account/preferences/game-behavior Move Confirmation to Always... or maybe enable keyboard move entry if you think that would be more accurate.

Your initial suggestion "Lichess should implement a system to avoid misclicks" is good, it's just that Lichess already has two systems (Move Confirmation; Keyboard Move Entry) so something difficult like #3 isn't at the top of our list.
In line with previous comments, I don't think lichess can differentiate "super obvious misclick" with "blunders". You want a blunder free game ? It's called a computer assisted game. I call that cheating if you're opponent just think you're human.
I like to think of the execution of the game as being simply part of the package in on-line chess. A misclick is an error in execution. To become a better on-line chessplayer one needs to reduce the rate of misclicks. You can use 'move confirmation' or 'keyboard move entry' or you can train your hands to be in sync with your brains. It is all pretty simple and a BIG NOTHING-BURGER as far as I can tell.
