Several months ago I experimented with early g2g4 (as white) and g7g5 (as black) games.
Here's another try :

Months ago on another chess server I posted a forum thread about it, and some players suggested that the other party could delay castling, and then use the h pawn to question the other party, g pawn.
In this game black goes for quick castling, and then the main king defender for black gets traded.
Of course, with that, white also loses an active piece, and the dark squares on the white queen side are a bit weakened, making white's choice for castling long a bit risky.
It is however, imho, not so easy for black to refute this idea.
