@OswaldS I often have white vs this gambit and typically I gift the pawn back with minimal struggle and just get a position where white is between slightly better and better. It seems to work out as I have a decent win rate there. If I try and hold onto the pawn sometimes I get a little behind in development and its a bit harder to play.
