"New opponent" forgets I wanted to play as blacks

1) I create a new game, with me being the blacks;
2) The game is over and I want to play as blacks again, so I click "New opponent";
3) The new game starts as if I had chosen "random side".

In my humble opinion, this is a bug. When I click "new opponent" I just want a NEW OPPONENT, not a game with different settings.
This bug caused me to abort games, and these aborted games caused me to be banned for 10 minutes.
I am pretty sure that when you hit new opponent it alternates white/black.
I have evidence that it defaults to "Random side". Just play a series of 100 games with the "new opponent" button, you'll get 50/50 chances of being any side, even if your first game had a side chosen.
All you have to do is go back to the lobby then and create another game as black. Its very easy to do and takes less than 5 secs
It could be easier to just click 1 button. After all, I just want a "New opponent" with the same settings, not to create a whole new game.

By the way: if the other settings are preserved in "New opponent" (like the minutes per side, variant, casual/rated, etc), why not preserve the chosen side? What's the point in "new opponent" if it defaults some settings?
