Teams

I want to create a team but there are no Team Matches, what is the use my Team if I create one?

Wait until someone will create a team for matches too, then both of your teams can then play. Or perhaps a team that is not for matches might want to challenge your team for some games. We already have a lot of teams here. Team by nationality is I think will generate some noise when get paired.

I will try to create a team for Philippines for game matches, or perhaps try to search first if there are active Philippine teams here interested to play games as a team. Then recruit some members in order to play as team. Does this interest you? From what country are you?

We probably set some rules too before creating team for matches such as engine use is not allowed and others.

i already know the basics and stuff, but now i would like to know more about teams.
you seem to have experience as concerns teams.
please answer my main questions:

1. what a team generally does ??
2. does a team create maches against other teams ??
3. teams affect ur personal score ??
4. how can a team play against other team while chess is an atomic game ???
