Lichess showing draw as +12

<Comment deleted by user>
Stockfish can't evaluate fortresses yet, so it thinks it is winning simply because it has more material.

P.S. looks fun to get to this position against cheaters; they simply will not accept any draw offers because their engine evaluates the draw in their favor. Then when they time out... ;)
but all top engine moves give a win. Can you tell me the algebraic notations to not prevent the king from entering?
A high number is meaningless. It‘s the 1sr derivative which counts.

In other words: a good position which can’t be improved isn’t good.

It's all in white's hands, not in black's hands. All white needs to do to escape with the draw is to just move only and only the king, even if black offers a rook. If white takes the rook, white will lose. The engine will assume that white will take the rook, but white should NOT take the rook since there will be no way for black to checkmate white if white just moves the king around without bothering to capture. Now, here's the catch. If either side times out, their opponents will win, because a piece capture is POSSIBLE. Tactically, white should just move (for example) Ke2, Ke1, Ke2, Ke1 etc. and can secure the draw, either by threefold/fivefold or fifty (or 75) move rule.
