I'm Joel Paul Ganta , Candidate master from India with an elo of 2203 .Ive started chess quite late and worked some of the best coaches - Including Abhijeet gupta , Jan werle , Mihail Ivanov. IM ready to share my knowledge and help you reach your goals.

Ive started chess when i was a kid but never took it seriously but after 2019 i started to play chess seriously and shown some decent growth .

Ive been teaching since 2 years and you can call me adult improver since ive started chess seriouslty after turning 28 haha, still have increased a treamdous rating growth , so i can help you work on ur weaknesses

We can work on endgames by looking at classics for examples - rubienstein games to work on rook endgames and Fishcer games for bishop and knight endings etc, which would imrpove the kdis knowledge tremendously and put him ahead of his competitors since kids never work on endgames.
In endgames we work both on - Theoritical endgames and practicals endgames depending on the kids level.
after that we look at the positional sense off the student and wok on improving them for example - Space advantage, bad bishop vs good knight, converting extra pawn, backward pawns, two weaknesses etc
Then the most important part these is also openings since everyone is prepared and ive had an experience of playing variety of openings so i can guide the student by creating a good opening repertoire.
