Offerspill Chess Club was founded by Magnus Carlsen in 2019. We aim to foster chess's growth by offering an attractive and diverse array of activities to a wide membership base. We are committed to professionalizing chess, increasing its visibility, and providing support for young, talented players who aspire to pursue chess seriously.
Advent of Chess
This advent, we organize an advent calendar where you can win a chessboard signed by Magnus Carlsen! Every day until Christmas, you will be able to open a door to reveal a chess problem. Each correctly answered problem is awarded one ticket in the drawing for a chess board signed by Magnus Carlsen!

Open Tournaments on Lichess
This team focuses on organizing open tournaments on Lichess, welcoming players of all levels. We offer various tournament formats, from bullet to rapid, Arena and Swiss. We also have a closed member group where we organize some internal tournaments, like the Offerspill Online League.
Some of our tournaments will have prizes, which will be transferred via Paypal.
