I um have a summer job meeting that I have to attend to get a job over the summer (part-time) but it interferes with my time with her

Well you probably won’t get the job but you should prioritize what you think is most important. The job or the girlfriend.

If you skip the interview thing you will have to reschedule or just not get the job. They probably won’t let you work for them if they don’t know who you are.
