Any good recipes for Fish Stock?

I found a couple of recipes online, but they tend to use more expensive fish for the stock like salmon or trout.
I'm only a lowly ~1500 player and don't have the money for these exuberant species, so I would prefer something tasty but on the lower end.

@IV4N what you really want are fish heads. They're cheaper to buy and you can get them in fish markets. You might have to ask.

And the shells of lobsters and shrimps.
I want bouillabaisse again. Happens on a regular basis. I don't think it's a bad thing.

@bravoecho Or craft it with 2 sticks (preferably from the logs that you chopped with your hand) and 3 string. And join a server before doing that
