BUG: Ipad won't update

Hi, i had lost matches, due to the ipad not registering moves of the opponent, so the opponents time is ticking away till zero, me thinking, come dude move, but instead my time was going away resulting in me losing the game? wtfish

Is this on the mobile app or the website? Please note that mobile browsers are not supported and that the website is optimised for desktop usage. Additionally, mobile Safari has severe issues with WebSockets, among a host of other technologies that are badly implemented.
