I want to support lichess at the $10 / month level but I wanted to do it on an annual basis, so I paid $120 as a one-time donation. Then I saw the fine print that I will only get credit for one month due to selecting the "one time" option. Is there any way to fix this so that I can get credit for 12 months as a patron without having to pay monthly? Thanks!

Even I am not sure about this. I too wanted to donate to lichess using one time payment but I didn’t know that this would have happened. Thanks for informing.

Well, you can open an issue on github. You can also join the lichess discord server and type this same question in #support(lichess discord server).
