adding a new chapter to private lichess study results in 11 new chapters being formed, 10 empty

When I try to add a chapter to a lichess study, it adds 11 chapters, 10 being empty and the last being the PGN that I'm trying to import. Anyone else have this issue or can help troubleshoot? Chrome

same here, exactly as described above. Creating new study is impossible.
